In addition to the services listed above, we have developed an Alzheimer’s care program, which concentrates on safety, dignity and quality of life. We recognize that Alzheimer’s and dementia affects each person differently, therefore our program is structured to fit the person, not the disease. Our Alzheimer's care program includes, but is not limited to: home safety check and evaluate, tailored program for each individual, cognitive stimulation and music therapy, ongoing support from the management team, etc.
